Nurturing Selves

Nurturing Selves provides high quality, age-appropriate mental health treatment, to children, adolescents and adults. Our therapists use various modalities to best meet the needs of each individual patient, including CBT, Play Therapy, Sensory-Motor, Creative Arts Therapy,  Sand Tray, EMDR, IFS, and  TraumaPlay.  Our carefully designed office space, provide us opportunity to understand the child’s behavior and non-verbal cues, in order to relate more effectively with each child and parent/caregiver to address the behaviors and prevent relapse in the future.
