Acudetox, also known as 5NP, is a technique involving specific points in the outer ear treated with tiny acupuncture needles or “ear beads” to alleviate physical and emotional symptoms related to toxic stress, detoxification, chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, depression, and trauma, and has been used globally for over 40 years to support harm reduction, recovery, and emergency response.
