McLaren’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is designed to allow intervention to prevent inpatient psychiatric hospitalization or provide a transition for patients stepping down from inpatient mental health care. Patients are assigned to a case manager to assist them through the treatment program, help patients identify methods to meet their treatment team goals, and assist with follow up appointments when indicated.

Our multidisciplinary team provides behavioral health services across Michigan to meet the treatment needs of our clients at the Partial Hospital Program.

• Bipolar
• Personality disorder
• Post-traumatic Stress Disorder
• Substance abuse treatment with a primary mental health disorder
• Other disorders as determined by assessment
