Program Description

GCHC offers MAT to help those recovering from opiate and alcohol addiction. We have the program of Vivitrol, Suboxone, and Sublocade.
Vivitrol is a monthly injection that is given at the Burton location, with counseling and health coach support.
Suboxone is an oral medication, that is at both the Flint and Burton locations, along with counseling and health coach support.
Sublocade is a monthly injection that is given at both the Flint and Burton locations, along with counseling and health coach support.
